67 days of writing almost forgot and the app crashed on both my phone and Ipad so had to turn my computer back on. Thinking about finding something else and keep the streak going but on a different site.

2/4/17

Day 66 of writing.  Scale is up 0.3# from yesterday but down 0.6# for the week. Down 0.7# for the month so far. Body fat wasn't working this morning so not sure how it is up or down from yesterday, for the week and for the month.  Plan on getting in all 5 days of workouts this next week. Back is a lot better didn't use Tiger Balm at all yesterday or today and might or might not use it on Monday before my workout. 72oz of water down and 48oz more to go. Drinking the fourth 24oz bottle of water now and hope to have it gone and a refill before leaving for church. Hard to believe that I start week 3 of this training month tomorrow the month is flying right by. After I eat an egg sandwich or a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner I'll wash my face and brush my teeth to keep me from snacking later.

Day 65 of writing daily. Scale back up 0.4# from yesterday and down 0.9# for the week and down 1.1# for the month with this week's weigh in and another week after that. No gym workout but will burn calories this morning unloading the truck. Back is still so much better but will find some hamstring stretches to do later which Scott says will help the lower back too.

Day 64 of writing daily. Scale down 1.3# for the week and 1.4# for the month so far. Got a great workout in this afternoon and burned 524 calories in a little over an hour. No gym workout tomorrow but will track truck unload time for tomorrow to see how many calories I burn unloading 1 truck this week. Might even keep the tracker going but pause it during my break then restart it when we are stocking.

63 days in a row of writing. Scale maintaining from yesterday so I'm down 0.9# for the week and 1# for the month. Body fat is up 0.1% for the week and up 0.5% for the month so have some work to do if I'm going to get under 30% body fat by June. Almost ready for my third 24oz bottle of water for today. Trying to decide what I want to order at Starbucks since I promised my opening manager tomorrow that when I open with him I'd stop and get him a coffee and me something to use my Visa Giftcard I got for Christmas and haven't used yet. Tomorrow will be the first chance since Christmas that I've opened with him to get him his usual and I'm having a hard time deciding what to get. I may get the Shakened Green Tea with 1 packet of either Splenda or Truvia haven't decided yet. I can always get the green tea and not worry about the calories or sugar unless I get it unsweetened.
