Day 166
All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Great Chest circuit but think instead of resting between rounds I'm supposed to complete all 5 rounds then rest before moving on to the last exercise. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 10 min cardio unsure of which machine I want to do yet. I'm currently still in 3rd on one workweek hustle challenge and leading the second one. It's getting easier to fill out the weekly summary as I go and on Sunday afternoon I'll send it to coach along with a note of what my weight is. Getting my water in so back on track I'm still up from last Sunday's weigh in but just 1.8# instead of 2.2# like I was yesterday.
