Day 208
Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Chest and 5 min boxing combo HIIT this morning. Macros were better today but still more carbs than protein and fat was in range. Took some Mucinex this evening as I felt a sinus cold coming on. Got a message back from coach and he suggested that I up my HIIT cardio so more boxing combos in my future. Tomorrow if I feel up to it will be Shoulders/Arms at home workout.
