29 Weeks, 3 days out
All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Got in a great Back/Biceps workout this late afternoon. Macros were good today 100 was my goal for Protein and I was over 13.7, 120 was my goal for Carbs and I was under 5.7 and 30 was my goal for Fats and I was over 1.3. I was good with lunch just had about 4oz of roast, 1/2 cup of both macaroni and cheese as well as corn Oh and 1 dinner roll. Core Vitamins are ready to go for tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout plan is to track truck unload. Should hear back from Coach by tomorrow late afternoon/early evening.
