Well I might get to go to the family BBQ after all since it was postponed due to the threat of rain. I got to thinking and as much as I love my TOPS family they do not show you how to maintain your healthy lifestyle. I can talk til I'm blue in the face about all that I have learned over the last 4 going on 5 yrs but no one would listen anyways so I know I can do this on my own and will in October. Will see how many weigh in's I have left when we weigh in on July 7th. Scale is up this morning from yesterday but I'm down 3# from last Sunday so should be OK for weigh in tomorrow morning.

 Closed all hearts on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 12K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 34 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was on target and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left.   Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the 1 st Phorm app. Training plan Day 218/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D3: Modified Strength/Conditioning + Core Challenge W1/D3: Core modified after breakfast and 60 min walk at work.    I AM: I have a healthy relationship with my body.

Monday 6/27

 Closed all rings on my Active 4 and have well over 12K steps for today. Macros were good today. Calorie goal was 1530 and I had 36 calories left, P goal was 175 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 95 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 4 grams left. Great Week 7: Day 1 Upper1 this morning in the gym with a 3 min warm up and 5 min cool down. #DuesPaid Completed app power list 1. Read 10 pages--done 2. Drink 120oz of water--done 3.
