Day 104
All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and no planned cardio workout. Today's going over to another store was a waste of our time as they didn't really need us but we still got a lot done. I've got 6.1# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 13.1# to go to reach my maintenance goal of 125. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 20 min walking laps around the turf. Had to use my notebook today since I have a 1 min rest between sets. Felt so much better since I stopped taking SST in the morning and drinking both Mocha bang! and Iced Mocha Java Mio energy.
