Day 231
All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great workout unloading truck this morning burned 320 calories in just over an hour. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Back and 5 min Boxing Combo. Macros were better today but still a little more carbs than protein but fat was below target. I've got 7.4# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 by the end of the year and 17.4# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April of 2020. I picked that date as it will be my 1yr anniversary of tracking again on My Fitness Pal. Still need to get better at being consistent with my macros.
