All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Great Back/Triceps and 20 min incline treadmill walk this morning. Tomorrow's plan is Cardio (20 min incline treadmill walk and 15 min stair master)/Abs. Haven't gotten the rest of my workouts yet but hope to this weekend. I'm in 2 workweek hustle challenges on fit bit and leading one but in second on the other.
