Closed all 3 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K
steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 31 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was
13 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 12 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was
2 grams over. Great Day 269/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W3/D5:
Back/Arms + ROMWOD: Prime Movers and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal
power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor
and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception
of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 270/305 mile a
day, Traditional Body Building W3/D6: Legs + ROMWOD:TBD and 60 min walk. I AM: I
know exactly what needs to be done.
