Closed all 3 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 15K steps.
Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 15 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 3
grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 7 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 2
grams over. Great Day 258/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W2/D1:
Chest & Arms and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list
and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements
are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Gym
clothes and shaker bottle are packed for tomorrow afternoon. All meals/snacks
for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.
Training plan: Day 259/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional Body Building
W2/D2: Back/Shoulders after work and 60 min walk after dinner. I AM: I choose to be at peace with myself, my
family, and my friends.
