Closed all 3 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps.
Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 62 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 11 grams
over, C goal was 116 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 9 grams
left. Great Day 267/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W3/D3: Legs + ROMWOD
Hips & Glutes and 60 min walk. Completed both personal power list and power
list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements
are ready for tomorrow morning. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. All
meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner (even though I have a tentative
plan) has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 268/305 mile a day in
the morning, Traditional Body Building W3/D4: Shoulders/Chest + ROMWOD TBD
after breakfast and 60 min walk at work after dinner. I AM: I find peace in the present moment.
