Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K
steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 47 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had
5 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was
10 grams over. Great Day 255/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W1/D 5: Back/Arms
+ Core Challenge W6/D5: Final Fit Test and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both
personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro
Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for
tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training
plan: Day 256/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional Body Building W1/D6:
Legs after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner/before church. I AM: I have a successful, happy future ahead
of me.
