Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K
steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 9 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had
3 grams left, C goal was 116 and I was 9 grams over and F goal was 52 and I was
on target. Great Day 253/305 mile
a day, Traditional Body Building W1/D3: Legs + Core Challenge W6/D3: Core and
60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal
power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro
Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow
morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked
in the app. Training plan: Day 254/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional
Body Building W1/D4: Shoulders & Chest + Core Challenge W6/D4: HIIT after breakfast
and 60 min walk in the afternoon. I AM:
