Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 15K steps.
Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 48 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 3
grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 52 and I had 4 grams
left. Great Day 246/305 mile a day and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal
power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor
and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow.
Gym clothes are packed and so is my shaker bottle for tomorrow afternoons
workout. All meals/snacks for tomorrow
with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 247/305 mile a day in the morning,
12 Week Foundations of Training W12/D4: Chest/Arms/Cardio + Core Challenge W5/D4:
HIIT in the gym after work and 60 min walk after dinner. I AM: I am allowed to take things at my own
pace.
