Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and had over 15K steps.
Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 26 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 7
grams over, C goal was 116 and I was 12 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had
6 grams left. Great Day 248/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training
W12/D5: Active Recovery + Core Challenge W5/D5: Core and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid
Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st
Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work
clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with
the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day
249/305 mile a day in the morning and 60 min walk in the afternoon. I AM: I smile through my tough days, grateful
that better ones are on their way.
