Closed all 3 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K
steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 58 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was
on target, C goal was 116 and I had 27 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 6
grams over. Great Day 265/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W3/D1:
Chest/Arms + ROMWOD Recovery: Total Body Short and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid
Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st
Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes
are set out for tomorrow morning. All meal/snacks for tomorrow with the exception
of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 266/305 mile a
day, Traditional Body BuildingnW3/D2: Back/Shoulders + ROMWOD Recovery: Total Body
Short and 60 min walk. I AM: I refuse to
put someone down to elevate myself.
