Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K
steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 9
calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 9 grams over, C goal was 116 and I was
35 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 21 grams left. Great Day 250/305 mile
a day and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list
from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready
for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Progress Photo clothes are
set out and Tripod is set up for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow
with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day
251/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest and
Arms + Core Challenge W6/D1: Core after breakfast and 60 min walk in the afternoon. I AM: Listening to my emotions helps guide me
to make better decisions.
