Almost all green but missed floors and achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great Back/Biceps and 20 min row this evening and tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min escalator (stair master) or other cardio. Versa battery is on 53% so charging it even though I can probably go another day or two. Ordered my regular vitamins and a different pre-workout this evening and hope it gets here this weekend. Completed my 2 min breathing exercise on my Versa app before I plugged it in and alignment was medium tonight. Still have to read from my church book and complete headspace pro level 4 session for today.
