Day 286
Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but will acheive my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Unsure of the Macros today going to try and get more protein than carbs and keep fats under or in the range of 40grams. Weather and slick roads kept me from the gym today but hope to get there tomorrow morning. Quads are still sore from Monday's workout so kinda glad for a rest day today. Working 2:30PM-9:30PM tonight so writing early and will just get my food journal finalized before shutting my computer down tonight.
