Day 282
Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Plan is 5 days into the gym this week. Monday afternoon, Tuesday-Thursday Morning and Friday afternoon. Can't open my workouts on my phone with the notes so not sure what's up with that. Might make a table or something on Word with the notes that Coach Adam wrote for me. Macros weren't that great today had more carbs than protein but fats were good today.
