20 Weeks, 4 days out
All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great light legs workout then Chest/Triceps in this morning. Tomorrow's workout is TBD will check Instagram in the morning and screenshot the workout. Macros were great again today. Need to keep that up and snacking down to get the scale to start moving down again. Still waiting on a reply from Coach Adam about my steady state cardio if he wants me to keep it at 20 min or change it since I'm doing the at home virus workout posted by Coach Zackary.
