21 weeks, 1 day out
Once again and for the last time changing up the title. All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15 K steps today. Today's posted workout was Deltoids but decided to take a week day rest and and will do the Saturday burner posted in the morning. Macros were good other than over 25 grams on Carbs. I've still got 21.5# to go to reach my goal of 125. I like Macros+ better than MFP as the former is more accurate than the latter so starting tomorrow will just use Macros+ for logging food. Eager to see what Coach Adam has planned for the team tomorrow.
