Completed Active Day 2 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge Week 6 of 6 and Practice Week. Day 25 of 1 mile a day and pliability short routine complete after dinner.

Completed Power Day 2 of 2 on both Step Bet Challenges. Day 24 of 1 mile a day complete this morning. Sometime this weekend I either need to walk a 5K or bike it between Friday and Sunday.

Completed Power Day 1 of 2 on both Step Bet Challenges week 6 of 6 and warm up week. Day 23 of 1 mile a day complete this morning in the gym. 

Monday Oct 20, 2025

Completed Active Day 1 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge week 6 of 6 on one Challenge and warm up week on another Challenge. Day 21 of 1 mile a day complete. I'm grateful for the usual schedule for next week. Grateful for 2 days off in a row. Grateful I'll be able to get into the gym tomorrow and Wednesday.

Day 14 of 1 mile a day complete. Completed Week 4 of 6 on Step Bet Challenge. Almost completed the Search for Impact exercise for week 1 of 8 5% Fall Challenge on MFP will post it in my team and also post here.

Decided to walk 1 mile a day no matter what. I decided this on Sept 27th and have done 1 mile a day for 13 days. Didn't want to tonight but got my walk in anyway. Letting my watch charge while I blog, do my mind dump and read 10 pages. Completed Week 4 of 6 on Step Bet Challenge by getting in Active Day 4 of 4 on Step Bet Week 4 of 6.

Completed Active Day 3 of 4 on Step Bet Week 4 of 6. Watching YouTube and a high school football game. Waiting for my watch to charge a bit more before bedtime. Day 12 of 95 1 mile a day completed. Morning energy/hydration mix is ready for tomorrow.

Thursday Oct 9, 2025

Completed Power Day 2 of 2 on Step Bet Week 4 of 6. Completed 25 rounds in 33 min of the Blake Snyder Memorial Workout this morning. This morning early I went and had my well overdue fasted labs drawn. Nighttime drink powder is ready for a few minutes and Morning hydration/energy drink mix is ready for tomorrow morning.

Achieved Power Day 1 of 2 on Step Bet Challenge Week 4 of 6. Got in a good workout without pain so think I'm good to lift tomorrow but will do a virtual memorial workout for a STL police officer named Blake Snyder since I can't get it in on Saturday when the Pham is doing it at HQ.

Achieved Active Day 2 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge Week 4 of 6. I've got 2 more active days and 2 power days this week to complete week 4. Trying to decide if I want to get in my Chest/Back workout with lighter weights or get in another 30-45 min walk. Watching The Voice on NBC another night of Blind Auditions. Once again writing from my tablet as I ran out of computer time before shut down deadline.

Got a text from Shanin to see if I'd work for her tomorrow and she'd work for me Wed. Completed Active Day 1 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge Week 4 of 6. Writing from my tablet as I ran out of time on my computer before shut down time that is. Might give my lower back/tailbone area another couple of days rest then try a light lift later in the week.

Got in my mile walk and Pliability in before work so I didn't have to mess with it tonight. Completed Week 3 of 6 on Step Bet Challenge. 

Saturday Oct 4, 2025

Got my mile walk and pliability in after church tonight.  Got to get better at reaching my steps goal before 8PM. Tonight trying to get my 14,100 steps in before my watch dies, Plan us to achieve active day 4 of 4 on step bet challenge week 3 of 6.

Friday Oct 3, 2025

 Completed or will by bedtime Active Day 3 of 4 on Step Bet Week 3 of 6. Did once again a sub 19 minute mile walking in place while watching TV. Back/Tailbone is feeling a little better was able to walk a sub 19 minute mile without pain. Watching a High School Football game streaming on YouTube but watching it on my TV via the YouTube app.

 Got in a 30 min walk this morning and did 1.42 miles. Almost completed Active Day 3 of 4 but trying to hit Power Day 2 of 2 on Step Bet Week 3 of 6. Tomorrow I'll get in my mile walk after dinner and while my laundry is going.

Completed Active Day 2 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge week 3 of 6. My restock of my gut health supplements got here today. Ran out of computer time so writing from my tablet again.
