 Another day of 40-40 challenge complete. Today's workout was Upper Body + Hyrox Conditioning. Could've used the 1600 meters I walked 4 sets of 400 meters or 4 times down and back on the turf as a part of my mile but didn't I walked a mile at the back of the gym after I was finished with my lift. Tomorrow's workout will be interval walk for 15-20 minutes.
