Day 131
All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs and 8 rounds of russian twists. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and Legs with 3 rounds of 150 meter rowing machine rows. I've got 7.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Wrote all of my workouts for this week into my notebook and printed them off too so I don't have to look at my e-mail if I'm not sure of what I wrote down.
