Day 260
All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Great Legs/Back and 8min boxing combo after 1500 meter rowing machine row. Macros were great today protein was higher than carbs and fat was right at 40grams. During deadlifts I used a bar heavier than normal and tweaked my lower back. Plan for next week is all 5 days in the gym again. Tried to check fasting glucose but got error messages so will try again tomorrow using a bigger sample.
