1 Yr, 1 Week, 6 days out

 Writing early so u sure if I'll go all green on my Versa 2, but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros should be great yet again today. Plan on sending my weekly check in to Coach by around 1PM since I work 3PM-10:30PM tonight for inventory. Used Aspercreme this morning again and back feels better.

1 Yr, 2 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal (even though my app won't show it as tracker wouldn't sync so had to uninstall then reinstall my tracker) and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. My back is feeling better after I put some Asper cream on it. Workout plan for next week is 2 at home workouts on Monday and Tuesday, truck unload on Wed then 2 gym workouts on Thursday and Friday. Watched church online tonight so I can get other stuff done before leaving tomorrow afternoon for work. Measurements for Sept was taken this morning and progress photos were taken yesterday and ready to send tomorrow to Coach with weekly check in.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today. Bought pain patches was going to get more roll-on but Walgreens was out. Got in a great lower weight Legs/Glutes and 30 min walk on treadmill this morning. Wont know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan number of gym days and at home workout days. 

1 Yr, 2 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today since I ate the same things as yesterday and Tuesday. Plan on getting in a Legs/Glutes workout using very light weights and either walk on the treadmill or ride the bike for cardio. Hope by Monday at the latest to see if anything shows up on my back x-ray. For now will continue to use Salon Pas both roll on and pain patches.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were great again today cause I ate exactly the same as yesterday. Getting a mammogram on Friday and an x-ray on my lower back just to see if anything shows up. Will try a workout with light weights on Friday morning since the appointment isn't until afternoon.  I've been participating in Step bets on the app of the same name but taking a break this week before one starts on Monday.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today.  Coach was happy with my numbers so much so this week that he raised my carbs by another 10 grams.  Macros were great yet again today.  Back feeling a little better but will still mention it to the doctor tomorrow afternoon. Will try a workout on either Thursday or Friday but go easy with lightweights and walking on the treadmill.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18M steps for today.  Marcos were great yet again today. Starting tonight I'm fasting from 6PM to breakfast time the next morning.  Haven't printed my workouts yet but will in a couple of days. Still haven't heard back from Coach yet. Not sure why but my back is hurting again so will ask the doctor when I go Wed for something else. Taking a few days off of my workouts to let my back feel better.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today just over 0.9 grams on fats. Coach sent me my new workouts this afternoon. Have them ready to print off tomorrow. Sent coach my weekly check in before watching church which was taped this morning.  

1 Yr, 3 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. Tentative workout plan is 1 maybe 2 gym days then the rest modified at home workouts. Should have my new workouts first of the week. Will send my check in email to Coach tomorrow evening just after dinner.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps today. Macros were great again today but scale was up a bit this morning. Got in a great Legs/Glutes(giant set) workout this morning.  Wont know my work schedule until sometime tomorrow to plan my workouts for the week. Hoping for a couple of gym days and the rest at home workouts.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again but need to get more protein in. Got in a great Shoulders workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout is Legs/Glutes(Giant Set). Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime Saturday at the latest to plan my gym days and at home workout days.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again and scale was down 0.6# from yesterday. Great Back/Glutes and 30 min row this morning after 8 min sled sprints for my third day of HIIT. Tomorrow's workout is either Arms or Shoulders haven't decided yet.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders(giant set) and 30 min walking laps around the perimeter of the turf. Tomorrow's workout is Back/Glutes and 30 min row on rowing machine. Coach was happy with the macros numbers but not the weight so will work harder this week. I'm getting new workouts since I'm back into the gym full time again.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 30 min walk on the Arise Brazilian Jiu-jitsu mats. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders and 30 min cardio. Haven't heard from Coach yet but I'm sure he's happy with my numbers this week.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today better on both protein and carbs. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam a few minutes ago. Average weight was down 0.1# for this week better than a gain. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and 30 min cardio.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today but need to get more protein and carbs while keeping fats at or around 40 grams. Still planning on getting into the gym all 5 days this week. Plan on sending my weekly check in to Coach as soon as dinner is over instead of waiting until later in the evening.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good again today just over .1 gram on fats. Workout plan for next week is 5 gym workouts since I'm on vacation. Hope average weight will be down for the week. I do need to get more protein and carbs while keeping fats at or below 40 grams.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today under on both protein and carbs and right on the nose for fats. I brought home the microfiber towels we use to wipe down the counters, doors, and carts to wash as the dirty towel sack was full. Took an hour to wash, dry and fold so I can take them back in the morning. I'm bad about scheduling vacation so should be on vacation next week then after we get the food reset done in Sept I'll take vacation in October. Tentative plan for next week is all 5 days into the gym for workouts.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were amazing yet again today. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders workout using only 10# dumbbells and an exercise ball wiped both things down before use and after I was finished with them.  Tomorrow's workout will be tracking truck unload. Got in the best workout in a couple months by getting back in to the gym.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. Ran the idea of returning to the gym armed with Clorox wipes by Coach and he thought it was a great idea. Tomorrow's workout plan is either Shoulders or Chest/Shoulders using as little gym equipment as possible.  Got off later then planned today but still got my Arms and 30 min walk in place in after dinner.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. Been thinking about going back to the gym armed with Clorox wipes to wipe down the dumbbells and kettlebells before and after I use them. Will right that by Coach when he replies to my email. Great Legs/Glutes workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Arms and 30 Min cardio after I get off work.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. Coach should be happy with everything but the weight this week as I was up 1# average for the week. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and 30 mon cardio. Off tomorrow so can get my workout in before noon, Tuesday's workout will be after 2PM, Wednesday's workout will be in the morning, Thursday's workout is truck unload and Friday's workout is after 3PM.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and had 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. Coach should be happy with my progress yet again this week. Next weeks workouts are still in as planned.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. Was tired after spending some time with family so didn't get my workout in a planned. NSV had lunch with my uncles and cousins we had sandwiches and chips but I just ate a half light rye turkey sandwich with no chips. Next weeks work schedule was published early so I can get in 4 at home workouts. The 5th workout for the week will be truck unload.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today. Workout didn't Tomas planned as I had a slight headache but feeling better now. Tomorrow's workout is Legs/Glutes and 30 min cardio. You read right 2 days of Legs/Glutes this week as that's what Coach Adam wants me to do.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. Tracked truck unload this morning just forgot to post it on Facebook. Tomorrow's workout will be Chest/Shoulders after work. I'm getting into the habit of getting a workout in after work. Friday's workout will be Legs/Glutes giant set.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today just over .5 grams of fats. Coach was so happy with my progress that he upped my carbs by 10 so they went from 90 grams to 100 grams. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this morning. Coach also wants to add another Legs/Glutes day. Will probably just track truck unload for tomorrow.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. Coach is traveling so probably won't hear from him until later tonight or tomorrow. Taking a rest day today but back at it tomorrow with Legs/Glutes and 30 min cardio.

Sent my weekly check in email to coach Adam so hope he's happy with the numbers this week. Workouts are still as planned but could change depending on how my work day goes.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Workout plan for this week is Monday evening, Tuesday Morning after my Invisalign appointment, Wednesday Evening, Thursday afternoon, and Friday morning. Macros were great again today. Took measurements this morning and progress photo a little while ago. Ordered last week Core ABCD sweet tea and got it yesterday. Love it but can't wait to get back into the gym to drink it there.
