1 Yr, 4 Weeks, 6 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. Coach should be happy with everything but the weight this week as I was up 1# average for the week. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and 30 mon cardio. Off tomorrow so can get my workout in before noon, Tuesday's workout will be after 2PM, Wednesday's workout will be in the morning, Thursday's workout is truck unload and Friday's workout is after 3PM.
