25 Weeks, 2 days out
All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was over 0.5 grams Protein, under 16.3 grams Carbs and under 0.7 grams Fats. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout in this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Arms/Lite Delts after breakfast and before work. Forgot the SpO2 from night before last was 93% as it was last night also. Have my water ready to mix up my ZZZ's for tonight. Today was day 2 of the 75 Hard challenge. Since I got my new phone I need to rescan the QR code for the app that my work uses for the schedule.
