Worked til 6PM and came home with enough time to eat something other than toast for dinner had scalloped potatoes. Sent Christian my blog link again so he can check it out and comment if he wants on one of the posts. Down 1# for the week and month so far but up 1.4# from yesterday at weigh in this morning. Official weigh in is tomorrow morning then work 5AM-11AM and Monday Cardio after that. Laundry all done this morning but not folded all of it yet and none of it put away yet. If I would've gotten my workout clothes packed for tomorrow this morning before work then I would've left my bag in the building so I don't have to take it with me in the morning so early.
63 days in a row of writing. Scale maintaining from yesterday so I'm down 0.9# for the week and 1# for the month. Body fat is up 0.1% for the week and up 0.5% for the month so have some work to do if I'm going to get under 30% body fat by June. Almost ready for my third 24oz bottle of water for today. Trying to decide what I want to order at Starbucks since I promised my opening manager tomorrow that when I open with him I'd stop and get him a coffee and me something to use my Visa Giftcard I got for Christmas and haven't used yet. Tomorrow will be the first chance since Christmas that I've opened with him to get him his usual and I'm having a hard time deciding what to get. I may get the Shakened Green Tea with 1 packet of either Splenda or Truvia haven't decided yet. I can always get the green tea and not worry about the calories or sugar unless I get it unsweetened.
Got in a great workout with my new stuff today. I burned 413 calories in a little over an hour. I plan on being 130 or less before we go on vacation which isn't until October so I have time to work it off. We weigh in this coming Monday then don't weigh the next week for the holiday at TOPS but I still weigh in for Christian so it doesn't matter to me if there is a holiday or not. I'm loving the new finishers where it just helps me burn more calories before I do Cardio.
