Great workout this morning I did Chest/Back workout in the gym and used one of the adjustable bench that can both be an incline bench or a flat bench. Doing both incline work and flat bench work on one bench I didn't have to clean but one bench when I was done. Got in my core work and 1 mile walk as usual and also did Pliability Total Back Short Routine. Tomorrow's 9-11 workout is 20 sets of 110 step ups for a total of 2200 step ups in honor of those who were killed in the attacks on September 11, 2001. These will be done tomorrow evening after dinner and before my shower.
