Day 95
All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill HIIT workout in late this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is 750 meters rowing machine row then Chest/Shoulders and 750 meters rowing machine row to finish up. I've got 8.4# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.4# to go to reach my goal of 125. I kinda slipped up this last weekend and ate after 6PM so going back to that as it helped me the last couple of weeks. I think after I finish the current headspace app course I'll get in Today's headspace instead so if I happen to miss a session then that's OK.
