Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps.
Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 24 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 5 grams
left, C goal was 116 and I had 21 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 11
grams over. Great Day 186/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training
W3/D6: Shoulders/Cardio and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal
power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds and Supplements are ready for
the week. Meds, Supplements and Micro Factor are ready for tomorrow morning.
All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked
in the app. Training plan: Day 187/305 mile a day before breakfast and 60 min
walk after dinner. I AM: Today, I choose
thoughts that inspire, uplift, and encourage me.
