Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K
steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 6 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was
13 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 11 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was
on target. Great Day 212/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W7/D4:
Chest/Arms/Cardio and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid
Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app.
Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception
of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.
Training plan: Day 213/305 mile a day before breakfast, Week 7/Day 4: Shoulders/Chest
mostly seated after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner. I AM: My presence is my power.
