Completed Week 6 of 6 on Step Bet Flannel & Footsteps challenge. Tomorrow I'll get my steps in as usual to reach my goal then begin Step Marathon on Monday. Another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability Short Routine done. Before Church I got my meds and Full-Mega and GDA ready for the week and for tomorrow as well. Shortly going to get my Mega Watt, Creatine, L-Carnitine and Micro Factor Powder ready to go for in the morning. Already have my Reds, Greens and Magnesium in the funnel ready for a little bit. Some nights I might write more than other nights it will depend on my mood. I've been watching different College Football games on TV all day ending the night with Bama VS Auburn.
