 Completed Active Day 2 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge Week 5 of 6. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability. Went to the Express Care Walk-In clinic and have a sinus infection so have some antibiotics and pearls for coughing. Was worried about how the antibiotic would affect me so took it early this afternoon and feel fine so it's a different one than I got sick on a few years back.

Monday Nov 17, 2025

 Completed Active Day 1 of 4 on Step Bet Week 5 of 6. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability Short Routine. Today was my Friday since I'm off tomorrow and Wed it's my weekend. Watching a Live CTI episode on YouTube. Need a good laugh tonight and Andy and DJ deliver in a big way.

Sunday Nov 16, 2025

 Completed Week 4 of 6 on Step Bet Challenge. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability short routine. Maybe one of these days I'll do a full routine from inside the Pliability app instead of the short routines that I always do. Tested out having my GDA inside a travel size Tylenol pill bottle to in a way dry scoop it without the scoop before going out to dinner tonight. It worked OK so might do that instead of dry scooping it since as of right now I can't swallow the capsule or at least don't want to try. Morning drink powders all mixed up in my Gains funnel to make it easier to just pour in to my water bottle in the morning and drink lots faster.

Thursday Nov 13, Friday Nov 14 and Saturday Nov 15

 Completed almost week 4 of 6 on Step Bet challenge. Thursday night went to a Girls Middle School Basketball game and had a great time. Yesterday didn't do much after work other than laundry which is what I do ever Friday. Went to church tonight and got the new 2026 calendar that they had sitting out for us. Think I'll be on vocal rest until tomorrow then talk as little as possible to the customers both tomorrow and Monday then see how I feel and everything on Tuesday.

Wednesday Nov 12, 2025

 Completed Power Day 1 of 2 on Step Bet Challenge Week 4 of 6. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability Short Routine in the gym this morning. Next week I'm getting an extra hour with 2 days of 9-4:30 instead of 9-4. 

Monday Nov 10 and Tuesday Nov 11

 Completed Active Days 1 and 2 of 4 on Step Bet Week 4 of 6. Completed another 2 days of 1 mile a day and pliability short routines. Work Monday was busy but I did get a chance to attempt to get the rest of my blue cart of food priced and pushed. Yesterday had an eye appointment then went to take flags to the cemeteries for Veterans Day. All was good at the eye dr and nothing will be changed this year. Had a Retinal Scan just to be sure that my eyes were still OK and no eye disease will sneak up on me since we check it every year. There's a family history of Glaucoma and other eye diseases, so I get it checked every year when I have my eye appointment. Need to get back to doing this and writing in my paper journal daily again.

Completed Week 3 of 6 on Step Bet Challenge and Days 40 through 42 of 1 mile a day and Pliability after dinner.

Completed Power Day 2 of 2 on Step Bet Week 3 of 6. Day 39 of 1 mile a day and Pliability complete this evening. 

Wednesday Nov 5, 2025

Completed Active Day 2 of 4 on Step Bet Week 3 of 6. Day 38 of 1 mile a day and Pliability Short Routine complete. 

Tuesday Nov 4, 2025

Completed Power Day 1 of 2 on Step Bet Challenge week 3 of 6. Day 36 of 1 mile a day and Pliability Short Routine complete this morning in the gym.

Sunday Nov 2, 2025 and Monday Nov 3, 2025

Yesterday I completed Week 2 of 6 on Step Bet Challenge. Today I completed Active Day 1 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge week 3 of 6. Days 35 and 36 of 1 mile a day. Tried to swallow my COQ10 this morning but couldn't get it down so kinda scared to try the GDA tomorrow might try to open the capsule and put the powder on my tongue to kinda dry scoop it.
