 Completed Active Day 1 of 4 on Flannel & Footsteps Step Bet Challenge. Another day of 1 mile a day and pliability complete. Watching a Live Andy and DJ CTI episode. Lost the tube that I had my GDA in somewhere between work and home but I found another pill bottle that I can put them in and dry scoop tomorrow before coming home.

 For the first time in just over 2 weeks I felt good enough to get in a gym workout. Bought some different nails today at Walgreen's so will figure them out shortly. They are both press-on and glue-on nails but I'll just do the press-on part and not glue them on. Not a lot on TV tonight NBC has on NBA Basketball and USA has on Law and Order SVU but I've decided once again on a Tuesday to watch Baseball since the Royals played earlier in the day I'm watching the Cardinals game.

 Been a couple of days but this week I plan on writing nightly. Re-did my nails this late afternoon and used nail glue this time much faster and hopefully they will stay on longer than less than a week. A little later I'll take a cotton ball and soak it with acetone to get the nail glue off my skin. Not going to put my hands in water for at least another 30ish minutes to make sure the glue has had time to set.
