Stepped out of my comfort zone this morning with a couple of new exercises. Leaning Cable Lat Raises and Bent Over Cable Rear Delt Flys both using just the cable and no attachment. Tomorrow I'll be out of my comfort zone again with the machine lateral raises and front raises I've only done them with a DB but never with the machine other than to play around and it was too hard then. Got my steps in early tonight so can let my watch charge to 100%. Got in a 10 min walk on my walking pad after dinner was going to join the Zoom call but still have a slight headache and didn't feel good so decided to skip this weeks call might see the topic for next week to join either the noon or 5PM call. Some nights I write more than others but might for Lent write more than just a couple of sentences. I noticed on Step Bet that my steps are very rarely correct they are usually a lot higher on the app and I'm tired of sending an e-mail so I'll just deal with it for the next 2 weeks and a day then shoot for 15K steps and not do another Step Bet for a while.
