Almost all green just might miss floors today. Today was a 2 Bang kinda day even though it wasn't supposed to be. Was literally sitting in my car getting ready to go workout and got a phone call to come into work today and work 10:15AM-2PM but got my workout in after. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Biceps/Triceps and 15 min on the treadmill circuit style instead of sets to change it up. Have a feeling that tomorrow will be a 2 Bang kinda day as well.
