All green today and achieved my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Biceps/Triceps/Abs and 20 min treadmill walk today since I wasn't feeling like getting on the stair master. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Abs/Biceps/Triceps and 15 min treadmill walk but will see how I feel to see if I do the stair master instead. Only the second time I've ever reached my floors goal think it's because it's so windy outside but hey I'll take it.
