Not sure if I'll go all green today but will achieve my steps per hour goal. Working 3PM-10:30PM today so will be ready for bed when I get home. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Abs and might get on the stair master for 10-15min after since I didn't get on it last Thursday. Journaling/blogging early today since I work late today. Off tomorrow so will get into the gym and also get to GNC for more Lean 25 shake mix.
