 Completed Day 1 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 4 of 8. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and pliability this evening.

 Closed all rings on my Active 4 and have well over 12K steps for today. Macros were good today. Calorie goal was 1530 and I was 57 calories over, P goal was 175 and I was 2 grams over, C goal was 95 and I had 4 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was 5 grams over. Friday 11/24/23

  Closed all 3 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 31 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 13 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 12 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 2 grams over. Great Day 269/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W3/D5: Back/Arms + ROMWOD: Prime Movers and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 270/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W3/D6: Legs + ROMWOD:TBD and 60 min walk. I AM: I know exactly what needs to be done.

Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 46 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 5 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was 10 grams over and F goal was 65 and I had 13 grams left. Great Day 42/305 and WHD Back/Biceps workout this morning. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside the 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Gym clothes and Post Workout Stack have been packed for tomorrow afternoon. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Truck Unload at work then Day 43/305 and WHD Full-Body in the gym after work.
