 Legs still extremely sore from Wednesday's JSF workout but it was a good one. Monday we start the challenge so will do the at home version of it then Tuesday and Wednesday will do the gym workouts and Thursday and Friday will be the at home versions. Saturday will be more than likely an active rest day as will be Sunday. Tuesday I should have my 1st Phorm order. Today I got my restock of Reds, Greens, Micro Factor and Full-Mega. Drinking my reds, greens, magnesium and L-carnitine now but might before I finish add a couple extra Full-Mega to it since I have trouble swallowing it.
