 Got in a great workout this morning the one I was going to do the at home version yesterday but I tripped over the corner of a pallet at work and didn't feel like doing anything when I got home since I was so sore. Today I did the Pull Day workout from JSF in the gym and tomorrow I'll get in the Push Day workout from JSF that was scheduled for today. Moving all of the workouts back a day and will do tomorrow's scheduled workout on Thursday the at home version and then Thursday's scheduled workout on Friday also the at home version. Saturday if I don't get a call to work I'll do the at home version of Friday's scheduled workout.
