Almost all green today might just miss floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps or will by the end of the night. Writing early but know I'll get over 13K steps and achieve my steps per hour goal too. For 2018 I am down 6# but in the 9 months that I've been working with Johnyee I'm down 5.3# so the change of trainer really helped me not do the same sets of workouts 2 months in a row. I'm doing new exercises that I've never done before and stepping out of my comfort zone too. After a week off to rest and recover I'll be back into the gym or should be next week.
