Almost all green today just will miss floors and active minutes and have already achieved my steps per hour goal. Work 9AM-5PM tomorrow then into the gym for Legs and 20 min of cardio depending on if the stair master is free or not will decide if I get on it or something else. Will talk to Johnyee tomorrow to see when she wants to go weigh in for the 5 Star Nutrition weight loss challenge either Wed or Thurs work better for me since I'm off both days.
