Almost all green today just missed floors but barely. Achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs and 20 min row since I tweaked my back sometime late last week and was hurting from unloading the truck this morning. Bio-Freeze has been my BFF since Saturday. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps and no planned cardio but might get something in to warm up.
