Almost all green today but will miss floors but came up 2hrs short of achieving my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Back and 30 min on elliptical workout this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is warm up 15 min on elliptical then Biceps/Triceps/Chest and 15 min on elliptical to finish up. Update on my back it's feeling better but still using Bio-Freeze. Won't get a chance to post to my Spark teams today but will make up for it tomorrow.
