Not going to go all green today will miss floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Shoulders and 15 min on stair master then 15 min row. Update on my back it's feeling better but still using Bio-Freeze and bought a massage stick this morning which makes it feel even better. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 30 min on elliptical. Used Bio-Freeze 3 times already today and used my new massage stick earlier and will again later.
