Closed 💕 ❤ on my Galaxy 6 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal
was 1572 and I was 27 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 6 grams over, C
goal was 116 and I had 9 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 4 grams over.
Great 45 min Walk this morning, 5 Rounds W/Super Sets + Core Challenge: Core
this morning, 60 min walk this afternoon and Pliability: Big Flexors before bed.
#DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st
Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes
and Shaker Bottle are set out for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the
exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk
in the morning, EMOM + Core Challenge: HIIT after breakfast, 60 min walk after
dinner and Pliability: TBD before bed. I AM: I find it easy and natural to be incredibly
happy.
