Closed 💕 ❤ on my Galaxy 6 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal
was 1572 and I was 25 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 4 grams over, C
goal was 116 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 52 and I was 1 gram over.
Great 45 min walk this morning, Chest/Back + Core workout this morning, 60 min
walk this afternoon and Pliability: Wrists + Shoulders before bed. Completed
both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds,
Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out
for tomorrow morning. Gym clothes and Shaker Bottle are packed for tomorrow
afternoon. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been
pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk in the morning, Active Recovery
+ HIIT in the gym after work, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: TBD before
bed. I AM: I am happy, right here and right now.
